Why did I eat Meat? :'( (by sarah)
Stupid stupid me!!!
I kept eating meat a little bit here and there and nothing happened - I thought - Yay! The pregnancy has curied me I can eat meat again - then I proceeded to eat meat - not alot but some meat for three days in a row and wham bam thankyou mam - the stomache cramps start - just like the onsort of labour.
The got worse over a few days until the climaxed with the morning of my concert and chior reunion - probably the added stress of having to leave home three hours later than I was expecting (at least - due to Al deciding he was going to work an 11 hr day) and panicking that I wouldnt be able to sing - probably didnt help!
Due to throwing up and 'other' stuff I didnt even get an hours sleep before I got to the Church for the Chior reunion at 9:45 - sigh!
I had to tazke fall dosage of Lopramid just to survive - it was horrible and I am still suffering - I know from the past that I've got at least another week to go.
Becca - time for you to preach at me now!
P.S soz if this is to graphic laughs evilly

And preech i shall (lol)....i don't understand why eating meat makes you ill - cos i saw you eat sausages and bacon when you were pregnant and you were fine, why you suddenly have a meat intolerance is beyond me! Perhaps it was just the stress of the concert and nothing to do with the meat you ate. But like i say with olly - if you know something will make you ill don't eat it! I have no sympathy for him when he gets ill for 2 weeks after drinking a few pints of beer - even his consultant told him he shouldn't drink beer ....but does he listen... However the minimum dairy diet is working very well and he doesn't get as ill now at all.
Have you been for a food allergy test yet?

I had then in the second yr - I was throwing up and stuff during the pregnancy but the graving were strong and the getting sick grew less - thats why I thought it might have curied me - sigh.
The meat intolerance is probably worse becuase I do spend most the time as a veggi - if that makes scense?

The trouble is its not just a 'little' bit ill - besides if you dont cook meat properlly you have to expect to get ill!
